Dr. Chandramauli Rawal is a dynamic and accomplished Biopharmaceutical Executive with over 18 years of experience leading global R&D, commercial, quality and manufacturing operations across some of the industry’s most respected organizations — including Kashiv Biosciences (COO), Adello Biologics (Sr. VP Operations & Manufacturing), Amneal US, Amneal GMBH, and Amneal India (Sr. VP / VP Global Operations), and Sterling & Shalby Hospitals (CMO). He has demonstrated deep expertise in developing and launching innovative biologics, biosimilars, and small molecule drugs, successfully integrating acquired assets, and expanding global footprints. With a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and designing and executing brownfield and greenfield manufacturing projects ranging from $20M to $130M (totalling ~1.5 million sq ft), Dr. Rawal has secured two FDA biosimilar approvals, led multiple FDA, EU, and ANVISA GMP inspections, reduced COGS by 40% through operational excellence, oversaw Phase 1 and Phase 3 (600-patient) biosimilar clinical studies, and spearheaded a $22M US biotech expansion while heading a $125M global manufacturing capability project — all while building and retaining high-performance teams passionate about bringing life-changing therapies to patients in need.
